Portfolio 1
The introduction screen- Here he has presented his name business and place of business in a nice simple form. there are also tabs in the top right of the page so you can get in contact with him and see more about him.
A piece of his work- Here he has shown one of the website that he had created so that people know what work he has done and what they can expect to see with his work.
A selection of his work – Here he has presented a few of the site that he has worked on so that people can have a better idea of what to expect from him if they were to pay for his services.
About page- Here he has presented some information about himself including where he is based where he works and who he has worked with in the past
Contact page- Here he has made it available to contact him via email so that you can inquire about his work of ask any questions that you may have for him or his work
Portfolio 2
Intro- Here he has added a biography of himself so that people that view his site they have a rough idea of who he is and what he does. There is also an option to download his CV at the bottom of the biography under his passions.
Instagram feed – Here he has linked his Instagram account with his portfolio so that he is easy to contact if needed and so that people can keep up to date with what hes been doing.
Portfolio Providers
Wix
Wix is a website provider similar to WordPress but mainly used for portfolios than blogs and has some more advanced tools that you are able to use to help create the site so that it is more enticing and interesting. I am most likely going to be using Wix to create my portfolio because it is easy to use and I am able to show off all of the aspects of my course including my 3D Modeling, some 2D art, and pictures and videos of my games that I have been creating on the course.
Art Station
Art station is a website where you are able to upload pictures of your art and possibly your 3D art for people to see and follow your work on. It also provides various job listing for games companies to help people looking for employment in the games industry. I will most likely not be using ArtStation as it does not provide many opportunity’s to show off my programming and the games i am working on.
